Persatuan Ahklak Zhe Cheng Khor is hosting the Angpau Festival for a donation to the handicap people in Labuan. The Organise Chairman for the event was our JCI Labuan Past President Year 1988, Mr. Lu Kim On. In order to support him, JCI Labuan members were helping for the event.
